NH Hoteles España awards us this important renovation work on the common areas at the entrance to the hotel. The reception, the guest lobby area and the cafeteria are completely renovated. Complex work since it had to be carried out with the entire hotel functioning at 100%.

The renovation work is undertaken with the hotel 100% operational, having to plan and coordinate the work very well with the hotel management and staff. A complete transformation of these areas is carried out using materials such as wood, ceramics, vinyl, etc., giving a more modern and functional appearance.

Project

The lobby area becomes more functional and comfortable. Carpets are used to give warmth, wood in furniture and great lighting suspended from the ceiling.

Execution

Complicated execution having the entire hotel open and with high occupancy. It is done in phases so as not to interfere with guests. NH-Bolma coordination is the key to a good final result.

Materials

It goes from before to after with the use of materials such as wood and vinyl, both on walls and furniture. Modern lighting gives a different touch to all rooms
