We integrated the kitchen into the living room giving a great feeling of spaciousness. We take care of the details in bathrooms and rooms. The aesthetics, design and elegance make this home the home that our clients dreamed of.

Materials such as bamboo have been used for the flooring throughout the house, except in the bathrooms where wooden slat style porcelain floors have been used and in the kitchen large microcement tiles, all from Porcelanosa. At the same time, a modern but at the same time vintage touch has been given by placing vinyl wallpaper on the walls of several rooms.

Much importance has been given to energy efficiency, insulating all the enclosures of the house and interior partitions, installing an airzone system for air conditioning and an efficient gas boiler for heating with radiators, all of this controlled by a home automation system that makes it more efficient.

Clients requested a home automation system to control climate control, home security and control of water, gas and smoke leaks, as well as lighting and multimedia systems.
