Housing of approximately 200 m2 where the distribution of the sleeping area is maintained and the living room area is modified, annexing the adjoining living room. At the same time, the kitchen and service area is modified, creating a large dining-kitchen space.
Planning

Complex work because the clients had to move to a second home during the work.
Execution

The most complicated part of the work was maintaining the distribution in the bedroom area and adapting the new facilities within each room. For this, false plasterboard ceilings were placed through which the facilities could be channeled.

We manage to transfer the client's idea to the final result. Getting a very bright living room area and a large kitchen-dining room for your enjoyment.
